Employers may receive financial incentives to provide on-the-job training, including apprenticeship training, work experience opportunities and/or skill level/employability assessments for service participants in trial placements.
Targeted Wage Subsidy Targeted wage subsidy is an Employment Ontario program delivered through the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities. Employers can receive up to 50% of a new employee’s wage for up to 26 weeks in duration for eligible employees. The position must be full-time, minimum of 35 hours per week, pay a competitive wage of $11 per hour or more, and the expectation of permanent employment after the wage subsidy ends.

Opportunities Fund The Opportunities fund delivered through Human Resources and Skills Development Canada, is designed to help people with disabilities prepare for an obtain employment or self-employment. It also assists people to develop the skills they need to maintain a job. Funding may be provided to organizations and employers to cover costs such a participant wages or related employer costs.
We can also assist in connecting with other subsidy options that best suit employer and client needs.
