Job Retention provides supports for long-term success in the labour market in addition to regular placement monitoring, support and follow-up. This support is available when continued employment or advancement is unlikely to succeed without further assistance.

Eligible individuals can expect coaching and mentoring to support long-term employment based on developing experience, workplace skills, capabilities and confidence.

Employers can expect to receive assistance in identifying areas that require additional supports, and mentoring and coaching to ensure the individual’s increased competencies on the job.
